Fees
For clients choosing to pay privately (whether for privacy, flexibility, or out-of-network reasons) the following rates apply:
Initial Intake Session (60 minutes): $180

Why some clients choose private pay:

-Increased privacy (no diagnosis required for billing)
-More control over your treatment timeline
-No limits imposed by insurance companies
-
Sliding Scale Fees
I offer a limited number of reduced-fee sliding scale slots for those experiencing financial hardship.
Sliding scale availability is based on:
-Current financial need
-Appointment time flexibility
-Slot availability in my schedule
If you are interested in a sliding scale rate, please reach out and we can discuss your options privately and respectfully.

Out-of-Network
If I am not in network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. I can provide a superbill (a receipt for services) that you can submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. Many clients receive 40–80% back depending on their plan.
If you’re unsure whether you have out-of-network coverage, ask your plan:
-What is my out-of-network mental health coverage?
-What percentage is reimbursed?
-Do I need to meet a deductible first?
-How do I submit a superbill?
-I’m happy to walk you through this process.
-
Payment Methods Accepted
-Credit or debit card
-HSA/FSA cards
-Insurance billing when applicable
-EAP Payments
Payment is processed at the time of each session.
