    Life Transitions

In life, we all go through periods of adjustment, significant changes and times of transition. While these experiences can be exciting, they can also be fraught with anxiety, ambivalence and a loss of a previous sense of self. Therapy can help you process your feelings and make sense of your experience during a time that can feel like un-navigated terrain. Let me help guide you through this transition process so you can feel more secure in your choices and in yourself.

    Guided Meditation

Guided meditation is a practice where a counselor leads a client through an inner experience, either in person or via telehealth. The guide may help with mental imagery, breathing exercises or mantras. The goal is to help the client achieve mental clarity, calmness and stability as well as manage stress.
